About the Conference

The Triennial Conference is an opportunity for members of NZSGF and Trefoil Guild to join in fellowship and be part of the decision-making process for NZSGF.

Venue

Camp Maynard is a facility owned by the Scout Association, located on Auckland's North Shore about 15 minutes from the Harbour Bridge. Operated by volunteers, the site can host up to 60 people with both meeting and accommodation options. There is a spacious meeting room, a large dining hall, and two smaller rooms adjoining the main hall. Accommodation consists of seven bunkrooms, each with 6 to 10 bunks. Conference guests may stay onsite for $20 per night, which covers supper and continental breakfast. Guests must bring their own bedding.

Societies Act 2022 minimum information to be held on members
Full name and Last known contact details (this must include a phone number, plus a physical or email address)
Date of membership (the exact date they joined)
We must retain the records of former members for at least 7 years from the date they stopped being a member, which includes the exact date they ceased membership.
